He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin D. Moore and Hazel Yvonne Moore; and his wife Melissa Moore. He is survived by: his children, Olivia (Dylan) and Trevor Moore; and his brothers, Frank, Brian, Tim and Scott Moore.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cotner Funeral Home (7369 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glen Rest Memorial (8029 E Main St, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068).
