He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie Specht and Wanda Specht (Graft); and his brother-in-law David DeWitt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Specht; his children, Randall Specht Jr. (Melissa), Sarah Specht, Kaitlyn Specht and Ryan Specht; his grandchildren, Kaley Specht, Alea Specht and Randall Specht III; and his siblings, Rhonda McIntosh (Dallas), Mark Specht (Melissa), Becky Combs (Phil) and Elizabeth DeWitt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baker-Stevens-Parramore Funeral Home (6850 Roosevelt Ave, Middletown, OH 45005). A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
