She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Sandlin and Opal Sandlin (Ledford); her in-laws, John and Emma Joh Hazelwood; her granddaughter Ashley Lynn Todd; and her brother-in-law Boyd Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Hazelwood; her children, Jonathan Hazelwood (Brandi), Laura Hazelwood and Hannah Hazelwood; her grandson Grayson Hazelwood; her siblings, Jo Ann Fry (Richard), Carol Williams and Larry Sandlin (Diane); and her siblings' children, Fred (Jeana), Benji Diesbach (Tonya), Boyd Williams (Tracey), Larry (Marla), Scotty Sandlin (Barb) and Jeannine Williams. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
