He was predeceased by: his parents, Timothy and Ruby. He is survived by: his wife Marcia Metzger; his children, John Metzger of Wakeman, Jeffrey Metzger (Kimberly) of South Amherst and Lisa Lalonde (Larry) of South Amherst; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Matthew, Nathan (Shaylin), Landon, Noah, Lanna and Rachel; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Cohen and Stetson; and his sister Linda Enticknap (Peter) of Oregon.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Lutheran Church (310 W Lorain St, Oberlin, OH 44074).
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Grace Lutheran Church.
