Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruby Spackey of South Bloomingville, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 80, on March 10, 2023. She was predeceased by : her father Ernest Garrett; her husband David Spackey; her siblings, Arlene Thompson, Berle "Bill" Garrett (Mary), Edith Jones, Pauline Mullins (Bob) and Jay Garrett; and her sister-in-law Kathy Garrett.

She is survived by : her siblings, Roy, Letha Kay, Clyde, Claude (Betty), Robert (Karen), Roger (Ruthann), Ernest Jr. Garrett (Vickie) and Spackey; and her pet Rascal. She is also survived by family, many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
