He is survived by: his children, Kelly Kitchen (Chris), Melinda Toms (Doug) and Ernie Erwin (Jeannine); his grandchildren, Kari Cooper (Brian), Kati Price (Ty), Jamie Weeks, Colton Weeks, Jenna Hall (Jeff), Juliana Wickline (Brant) and Jessica Erwin; his stepgranddaughter Ginny Fahrnbach (Alex); his great grandchildren, Ellie, Charlie, Holden Price, RJ Cooper, Fallon, Weston, Whitley Weeks, Greenlee, Scarlett Hall, Jaxon and Barrett Wickline; his close friends, Tony Entler, Jeff Levenier and Troy Harphant; Rob Ross (Andrea).
