He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Scaggs and Barbara Scaggs Sr. (Roth); his niece Jennifer Scaggs; and his brother-in-law Mike Roberts. He is survived by : his wife Peggy Scaggs (Roberts); his siblings, Robert Debbie and Belinda Perkins; his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Gary Bradley; and his nephews, Scott Mathews, Rob Scaggs (Heather) and Chester Perkins Jr..
