Salvatore D. Chuppa Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Salvatore D. Chuppa of South Euclid, Ohio, who passed away on June 14, 2025 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Louise and Ron Perusek; and his parents, Charles Chuppa and Audrey Chuppa. He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his siblings, Daniel Chuppa and Charlene Mann (David); and his siblings-in-law, Harry, Debbie Patterson, Pamela and Richard Hatton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the DeJohn Flynn Mylott Funeral Home - South Euclid (4600 Mayfield Rd, South Euclid, OH 44121). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Western Reserve Memorial Gardens (11521 Chillicothe Rd, Chesterland, OH 44026). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
