He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Earl and Helen Kitty Spicer; his children, Willard and Rolin Spicer of South Lebanon; his siblings, Ginger Spicer of South Lebanon and James Thomas Spicer (Lori) of Owensville; his siblings' children, James Spicer of Oxford, Anna Spicer of Centerville, Amy Hassebrock (Rick) of Covington and Tara Bolsinger (Brad) of Union Twp; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maris Bolsinger and Jolie Spicer.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kings Point Church of God (5600 OH-48, Maineville, OH 45039). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
