He was predeceased by : his father Andy Baise, Sr.; his uncle Norman "Bo" Baise; his grandfather Theodore Baise; his grandson Stephen Baise; and his father-in-law Bob Hamlin.

He is survived by : his wife Christal Hamlin Baise; his children, Chris Baise, Josh Baise, Jacob Hamlin and Breanna Baise; his daughters-in-law, Ariana Strange and Allisa Parsons; his grandchildren, Chris Baise, Jr., Rhylee Baise, Bentley Armstrong, Zach Pauley, Jr., Myla Pauley and Amiyah Pauley; his sisters, Laura Smith and Shannon Badalamenti; and his cousin Jon Baise.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Schneider-Hall Funeral Home (313 Big Branch Rd, Chesapeake, OH 45619). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
