He is survived by: his father Reynaldo Diaz; his wife Amal Shehadeh Urbaez; his children, Ramon Urbaez and Selina (Tyler Gibbs); his siblings, Tamara, Mayra, Dorka, Olguita, Arturo and Willy; and his grandchildren, Elliana, Gianna and Jaclynn.
