He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Johnson of West Union, WV and Jessica Davis (Jeff) of Salem, WV; his siblings, Beverly Holley and Barry Johnson (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Madison Mambo, Zach Davis and Emily Davis; and his nephews, Daniel Lynch and Christopher Johnson.
