She is survived by: her daughters, Mitzi Koukos (Toney) of South Point, OH and Mendy Ward (Lenny) of St. Petersburg, FL; her siblings, Deanne Vannatter (Nolan) of Lexington, KY, Francis Waller and Randy Estep (Carol) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Courtney Lester (Logan) of South Point, Tori Koukos (Nick) of St. Albans, WV, Stormie Ward (Alex) of St. Petersburg, FL, Hunter Koukos (Andrea) of South Point, OH, Dustin McCarty, Derek McCarty and RJ McCarty of Kitts Hill, OH; her great grandchildren, Silas, Jaycee, Scarlett, Sadie Rayne, Lennlee and Sutton; her nephew Aaron Mullens; her friends, Debbie Conwell and Diane Medley; Karen King (Randy) and Rodney Menshouse (Nancy).
