He was predeceased by: his parents, McKinley Baise and Lula Marie Esque Baise; his brother John Baise; and his daughter Crystal Lynn Baise. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Lee Baise (Janet); and his close friends, Linda Mann and Joshua Thompson. He is also survived by three grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Rome-Proctorville Cemetery (31 Township Rd 1194, Proctorville, OH 45669).
