He was predeceased by: his father Lee R. Mullins II; and his grandparents, Lee R., Virginia Mullins, Ora and Juanita Mae Houck.
He is survived by: his mother Shelia F. Mullins II (Houck); his brothers, Lee R. Mullins Ill (Elizabeth) and Greg Mullins (Brenda); his nephews, Michael Mullins (Fiona) and Mitchell Mullins (Megan); and his niece Brittany Mullins. He is also survived by many cousins and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Reger Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Reger Funeral Chapel (1242 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (3547 US-60, Barboursville, WV 25504).
