He is survived by: his wife Lisa Diane Clark of South Point; his children, Tiffany Kessick (Paul), Thomas Clark (April), Jessica Workman (Hilary) and Gary Toney; his grandchildren, Mason, Seth, Brice, Madison (Johnathon), Mackenzie, Skyler, Brooklynn Landyn, MaKayla, Raylee, Haylee, Tyler and Emmalee; and his great grandchildren, Quinlee, Blakely and Addilyn. He is also survived by 4 sisters along with several friends.
