He is survived by: his wife Kay Gwilliams Bailey; his children, Gary Bailey (Rhonda) and Teresa Freeman; his grandchildren, Sarah Wilson (Ryan), Daniel Bailey (Ashlie), Ryan Freeman, Scott Freeman and Kelsey Freeman; and his great grandchildren, Anna Buckle-Wilson, Ally Wilson, Tucker Hamlin, Bryor McCarty, Laynie Freeman, Ellie Bailey and Mia Bailey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
