He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Maynard and Christina Nelson Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Jody Robinson Maynard; his children, Gordon Maynard (Tami), Theodore Maynard (Beth) and Candy Green (Jonathan); his siblings, Ronald "Dooley" Maynard and Mae Maynard; his grandchildren, Justin Hensley (Taylor), Brittany Wade (Richie), Anita Beverage (Clay), Andrew Maynard, Schyler Shope, Braden Green and Amya Green; and his great grandchildren, Remington Wade, Spencer Burton, Rosalie Hensley and Lorelei Hensley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and friends.
