He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Kay Marshall of Proctorville, OH, Edie R. Johnson of Wooster, OH and Shelley J. Belcher (John) of Catlettsburg, KY; his stepdaughters, Kim Newcomb (Mark) of Charlotte, NC and Kristie Wells (Scott) of Virginia Beach, VA.; his grandchildren, Thomas Evans (Michelle), Emily R. Johnson, Cody Bias (Tia), Mariah Sergent (Cheyenne) and Jacob Sergent; and his pet Bismarck. He is also survived by several other grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
