It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Bowman of South Point, Ohio, born in Thacker, West Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Snell and Evelyn White Snell Bush; her children, Cheryle Sue Bowman Petty and Clyde Ray Bowman; her sisters, Carol Sue Snell, Diana Lambert, Rita Riley and Wanda Snider; her stepfather Elmer Bush; and her stepsister Charlotte Bush.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Vaughn, Lisa Bowman, Teresa Bowman and Tina Clark; and her sister Ilene Adkins (Frank). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
