He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Ann Hysell Keeney; his children, Tammy Ward (Perry) of Scottown, OH, Dale Keeney (Sherry) of South Point, OH, Mark Keeney (Christie) of South Point, OH and Jason Keeney (Jennifer) of South Point, OH; his sister Bonnie Hammock; his siblings-in-law, Clarence Hysell (Jewell) of South Point, OH, Don Hysell (Debbie) of Chesapeake, OH, Mike Hysell (Cathy) of Chesapeake, OH, Bonnie Keeney of South Point, OH, Wanda Hysell of South Point, OH and Clara Nicholas of Crown City, OH; and his pet Boomer.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Avenue Church of God (1301 Jackson Ave, Huntington, WV 25704-2423). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
