He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Russell Norris and Martha Lee White Norris. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Matt Kayser, Jennifer Kayser Gerlach, Emily Kayser and Katie Kayser; and his brother-in-law Dallas Kayser.
As John never threw a damn thing away, the family would prefer no gifts, cards, nor flowers.
