He is survived by: his wife Toni Collins; his children, Lisa Daniels of South Point, OH, Wesley Collins of Chesapeake, OH and Craig Collins (LeeAnna) of Proctorville, OH.; and his grandchildren, David Adkins of Boise, ID, Casey Gibbs (Kevin) of Thompson, CT, Grayson Collins of Fort Meyers, FL, Sheridyn Collins of Naples, FL, Alaina Collins (Jordan Hughes) of Lexington, KY, Anistyn Collins of Chesapeake, OH and Carter Collins of Proctorville, OH.. He is also survived by his soul mate and love of his life.
