He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Evelyn Ferris Blevins and James Marion Blevins; his wife Betty Blevins; and his daughter Lora Jane Blevins. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Rutherford (Lewis); and his brother Denver L. Blevins (Hattie E.) of Bradenton, FL..
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
