She is survived by: her husband Martin Hash; her children, Stephanie Galloway, Abigail Hash, Melinda Collins (James), Lisa Fowler, Danny Joe Sellards and Nathaniel Martin; her siblings, Tony Marrs, Gwen Phillips, Becky Gardner and Amy Hash; her grandchildren, Lauryn Galloway, Preston Sellards, Patrick Henson, Brentton Kane Lee, Meyonnia Fowler and Alissa Owens; her great grandchild Yasin Kelley Galloway; her caregiver Alicia Lemley; and her family, Dr. Kim Baldock, Anthony, Dolly, Pat, Steve Steen, Wilma Murphy, Jon Duvall and Jason.
