He was predeceased by: his parents, Urban Luther and Helen Miller Luther; his siblings, Ronnie Luther, Bill Luther, Darl Luther, Duane Luther, Jim Luther, Ginger Kelly and Sylvia Novotny; his grandson James Riley; and his son-in-law Dale Reed.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Dillon Luther; his children, Patrick M. Luther of Lucky, OH, Kelly Ann Dieterich of Mentor, OH, Pamela Hughes of South Point, OH, Carla Adkins of South Point, OH, Kathryn Riley of Proctorville, OH and Kimberly Reed of Cattaraugus, NY; and his siblings, Ruth Componation (Robert) of The Villages, FL, Judy Kraus (Al) of The Villages, FL, Donita Slovensky of Pier Port, OH, Joann Midlik of Warren, PA and Paul Luther of Eastlake, OH. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Barboursville Veterans Home, Barboursville, WV, in Patrick's memory.
