She is survived by: her children, Don Brown (Debbie) of Catlettsburg, Michael Brown (Jeri) of Ashland, Kentucky and Kim Langston (Wade) of Clanton, Alabama; her sisters, Marlene Arthur of South Point, Betty Salyer of Ashland, Patsy May of Ashland and Debbie Webb of Wurtland, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jennifer Boyington, Josh Brown, Britton Langston, Kelsey Morton, Robby Brown, Ryan Brown and Kaitlyn Brown; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Shep, Morgan, Chandler, Cooper, Sadie, Olivia, Brycen, Haleema and Brantley.
In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made in Phyllis's memory to Community Hospice Care Center, 1480 Carter Ave. Ashland, Kentucky, 41101.
