She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Moore and Margaret Hammonds Moore; her husband Wallace Smith; and her siblings, Patty Taylor, Betty Mays, Joyce Craft, Harold Moore, Alden Moore, Jerry Moore and Edward Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Lee Smith (Sherry), Thomas Adlen Smith and Wallace Eugene Smith (Christie); and her stepchildren, Nikki Artis, Jerry Smith, Dick Smith and Connie Bailey. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
