He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moore and Ruby Viola Scott Moore; his son Jeffrey O'neal Moore; and his brothers, Kenneth O'dell Moore, Leland Darrell Moore, Harold Lee Moore, Bernard Roy "Buddy" Moore, Charles Raymond Moore Sr. and Gary Allen Moore.
He is survived by: his sister Joyce Ann Moore Burcham of Chesapeake, OH; and his siblings-in-law, Edna Moore (Patricia Moore) of South Point, OH and Jack R. Burcham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
