He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Thomas Hutton and Geraldine Ann Marshall Cleer; and his stepfather John W. Cleer, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marion Anne Hutton; his daughter Rachel Barker (Hutton); his siblings, Frank Hutton, John W. Cleer, Jr., Elizabeth Vinch and Mary Lynn Rankin; his siblings-in-law, John W. Smith, David Howison, Didi Smith and Chris Howison; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Hutton, Amy Hutton, Amy Bergquist, Sarah Beth Smith, Mac Howison, Sarah Bougher (Smith), Mary Smith, Julie SMith, Annie Smith, Nicole Knupsky, Kristina Miller, Jennifer Vaughn, Lorri Cleer, Rebecca Cleer, Rachel Smith, Tom Rankin, Ed Rankin, Leslie Mattix and Annie Piperno (Howison).
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (2015 Adams Ave, Huntington, WV 25704). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rome-Proctorville Cemetery (31 Township Rd 1194, Proctorville, OH 45669).
