She is survived by: her husband Mark Anthony Chapman; her children, Tyrane Blackstone (Kimberly) of Ironton, David Chapman (Jessica) of Ironton, Mark Anthony Chapman, II (Holly) of Moore, OK, Jasmine Lander of Rush, KY, Tereica McCormick (William) of Ironton and Dawn Prouty (Tony) of Zanesville, OH; and her brother Rick McCormick of Ironton.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
