She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeff Mosley and Neoma Copley Mosley; and her husband Elmer Waller. She is survived by: her children, William Waller, Diana Moore, Ronald Waller, Lawrence Waller and James Waller; and her siblings, Ruth Broughton, Belva Dillion, Geraldine Hughes, Jennings Mosley and Ernest Mosley. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
