He is survived by: his parents, Douglas Edward Page and Angela Page (McCloskey) of South Salem; his stepmother Janet Page of Chillicothe; his brother Cameron Page (Jess) of Greenfield; his sibling's children, Karlee, Carson, Eli and Hadlee; his grandparents, Bonnie Lou McCloskey of Greenfield, Gale and Kay Page of Chillicothe; and his close friend Bob Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
