It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Merle Naomi Rood of South Vienna, Ohio, born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John North and Beatrice North; and her children, Deanna Campbell and Arthur Rood. She is survived by : her husband Harold J. Rood, Sr.; her children, Della Boucher (Denise Lynn Kiper), Shirley Frost (Harold Rood, Jr.) and Jeffery Rood; and her son-in-law Ricky Campbell. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
