She is survived by: her husband Hassell Collins; her sons, Jonathan Collins (Ashley) of South Webster and Joshua Collins of South Webster; her siblings, Charles Coleman (Gail), James Coleman (Eva) and Ellia Thacker (John) of Pikeville, KY; her grandchildren, J. T. Collins (Deena), Gabe Collins and Andrew Collins; and her sister Betty Charles (Raymond).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home South Webster (10900 Main St, South Webster, OH 45682). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
