She was predeceased by: her parents, Jackson Cooper and Dorothy Evans Cooper; her husband James Thomas Lewis; and her siblings, Jesse, Bruce Cooper, Mildred, Dot, Maybel, Ruth, Rita, Icy and Martha.

She is survived by: her children, Daniel, James, Johnathon, Anthony Lewis and Cindy Stiltner; and her sister Ione Robinson. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
