He was predeceased by: his parents, Kernie Slone and Minnie Slone (Burton); his siblings, John W. Slone, Robert V. Slone, Thomas S. Slone, Kernie W. Slone, William E. Slone, Emmit E. Slone, Russell D. Slone and Marie Gail Smith; and his grandchild Allison.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Walls Slone; his sons, Rodney Slone of South Webster and Kevin Slone of South Webster; his sister Dorothy Loraine Lewis of Lucasville; and his granddaughters, Rebekah, Rachael and Victoria.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home (10900 Main St, South Webster, OH 45682).
