We announce the death of Phillip Allen Lewis (South Webster, Ohio), who passed away on July 12, 2026, at the age of 52. He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Lewis; his grandmother Juanita Lewis; and his father-in-law John F. Aldridge. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Lewis; his children, Santanna Durfee (Taylor), Phillip Lewis, Jr. and Selena Lewis; his granddaughter Elena Durfee; his siblings, Juanita Boggs and Charles Boggs; and his close friends, Dee, Angie Green, Larry, Nicole Davenport, Rod, Heidi Harper, Mark, Peggy Frey, Guy Roberts, Leo and Julie Mockler. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.
