He was predeceased by : his father Roger Lee Bernthold. He is survived by : his mother Patricia Bernthold (Woodall) of South Webster; his children, Jarett Dean Bernthold of South Webster and Meagan Bernthold of Columbus; and his sisters, Lisa Cayton (Steve) of Roebuck, SC and Christie Floyd (Tom) of Wheelersburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Face coverings and social distancing are required.
