He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Brandon and Hazel Brandon (Cunningham); his wife Nancy Jean Brandon; and his sister Helen Louise Harkleroad. He is survived by: his children, John Brandon Jr. (Anita), Todd Brandon (Donna), Susan Shaffer (Scott) and Julie Wolfe (Phil); his grandchildren, Tiffany Brandon, Lindsay Collins (Brad), Justin Brandon, Zachary Brandon, Nancy Wolfe, Cassidy Shaffer and Nathan Wolfe; his stepgranddaughter Amanda Campbell; and his siblings, Janet Cramer (Ron) and Gilbert Brandon (Virginia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
