She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harshman and LaRue Farmer; and her sister-in-law Sherry Harshman. She is survived by: her son Kirk Vincent (Brittany); her siblings, Loria Freeman (Alan), Chuck Harshman (Fran) and Willie Harshman; and her pets, Daisy and Ed. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
