He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. McDermott and Virginia Rogers McDermott; and his sister DarLena Tuttle. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles McDermott (Erla) of Braceville, OH and Louise Bromley (Charles) of Randolph, NY; and his nieces and nephews, Gary, Jim, Bill Tuttle, Robert, Tim McDermott, Nancy Tuttle and Jen Kachermeyer.
