He was predeceased by: his father Joseph L. Szekely; and his sister Theresa Mackin. He is survived by: his mother Anne Szekely (Desovich); his siblings, Gina Badanjek (Jim) and Mark Szekely (Jan); and his daughter Michelle Hall. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
