He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carlton "Van" and Stella Evangeline "Van"; his wife Elizabeth Stafinski; his children, Denise Breyley of Seattle, WA, Mark Breyley (Sherry) of Spencer, Debra Breyley of Copley and Diana McCourt (Shawn) of Spencer; his sisters, Jeannine Grieve (Ken) of Spencer and Sandra Mantz (Robert) of Reva, VA.; and his son Gregory. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Delmar Graff Scholarship at the Medina County Educational Service Center, or the Marjorie Rook/Donald Larabee Scholarship at Black River High School.
