She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Stapleton and Daisy Stapleton (Etter); her husband Vernon L. Hipsher; her brothers, Mike Stepleton and Gene Stepleton; and her niece Annette Stepleton Seis.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Hipsher of Mansfield, William Hipsher (Michelle) of Lima, Robert Hipsher of Lima, David Hipsher of Lima and Michelle Priest of Lima.
