He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. Fast and Martha H. Fast (Slentz); his wife Linda Ewing; and his brothers, Robert and Earl Fast.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Fast of Spencerville, Chad Fast of Shawnee and Corey Fast (Nicole Cook) of Spencerville. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to the Spencerville High School Baseball Team.
