She is survived by: her children, Lori Bair, Jodi Leis and Daren Leis; her children-in-law, Howard Bair, Kevin Fullen and Laura Leis; her grandchildren, Jessica Yahl (Adam), Logan Bair (Jena), Allison Aten (Sam), Faith Fullen, Hannah Leis, Mark Fullen, Emma Leis and Toby Yahl; and her great grandchildren, Ella Stanfield, Aiden Bair, Evan Bair and Hendrix Aten.
To honor her memory, Jan requested donations to veterans' organizations such as the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or Wounded Warriors in lieu of flowers.
