He was predeceased by: his father James Fredrick Williams; and his brother Jarret Lynn Williams. He is survived by: his mother Judy Williams of Spencerville; his children, Danielle Decker (Josh) of Lima and Toby Williams (Amanda) of Delphos; his grandchildren, Hadlee Decker, Blakely Decker and Greyson Williams; and his brothers, James "Jimbo" T. Williams (Tiny) of Spencerville and Jon Williams (Kaila) of Spencerville.
