In loving memory of Paul JAMES Wein of Spencerville, Ohio, who departed this world on September 4, 2025 at the age of 89. Paul leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, F. E. "Ed" Wein and Sadie Elizabeth Wein (Engard); his wife Elsie Grace Knapp; and his siblings, Ruth Benson, Marguerite Fought, Ralph Wein and Esther Wein.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Wein (Teresa) of Greenville and Debra Hurles (Jack Sturgill) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, Daniel Rex (Sarah), Jonathan Rex (Lindsay), Nathan Rex, Rachael Rex (Justin McJunkin), Matthew Hurles (Dani) and Brandon Hurles; and his brother Robert "Bob" Wein (Janice) of Spencerville. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
In honor of Paul, preferred memorials may be given to the Roselawn Activity Fund or the Spencerville EMS.
