She was predeceased by: her parents, David D. Caudill and Atha L. Caudill (Hampton); her husband Donald R. Yates; and her sisters, Hester Phillips, Edith Caudill and Arezona Wysong.
She is survived by: her children, Monte Yates of Beavercreek, Ohio and Delana Zapata of Bellbrook; her grandchildren, Sarah Yates, Tess Vance (Thomas), Gabi Fullerton (Cole), Mia Zapata and Paul Schwieters; and her siblings-in-law, David Yates (Susan) and Deborah Lee (Yates). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
